High-end Boutique Labor & Employment Law Firm seeks Associate/Counsel-level Attorney with 7++ years of experience representing companies in employment litigation and counseling.
Role is approximately 75% litigation and 25% counseling. Work will include defending employers faced with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; tort claims, including fraud; wage and hour claims as well as class action matters. This attorney will also counsel employers to minimize the risk of litigation, the proper handling of disabled employees, family/medical leave issues, policies and handbooks, among other issues.
This position is 100% REMOTE now AND in the future with an occasional need to come to the office. California Bar admission is required. Outstanding compensation and benefit package.
