Job Description:

   

What you’ll do

  • Deliver company-based training programs that support business outcomes.
  • Plan, schedule, and run customized training for sales, leadership/management, technical topics, and other skill areas.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and organizational development solutions.
  • Collaborate with business segments, global functions, and Centers of Expertise to tailor or localize delivery as needed.
  • Encourage participation and engage the audience to support change management in client groups.
  • Deliver moderately complex learning solutions to individual contributors and managers.
  • Help create instructional methods and delivery approaches using different learning technologies.
  • Manage the learning environment through preparation, feedback, and responsiveness to learner needs.
  • Build credibility by showing subject matter expertise and using relevant business examples.
  • Help learners apply training to real workplace situations.
  • Act as a role model for legal, ethical, and cultural considerations in delivery.
  • May lead a team or project and support decision-making and information validation.

What you need to bring

  • A first-level university degree; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in training delivery.
  • 2–4 years of presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.
  • Strong planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Change management capability.
  • Cultural awareness.
  • Financial and global business acumen.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and concepts.
  • Ability to recognize different learning styles and adjust delivery accordingly.
  • Strong knowledge of learning content and delivery solutions.
  • Strong teaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to work through complex or unique situations.
