As a Knowledge Writer at WorkMotion, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders within our Operations, Product, and Revenue teams, to write and maintain client-facing articles and country guides in our Help Center, as well as write internal manuals and maintain our internal knowledge base. You will ensure that our Knowledge workflows are efficient and the best in class. We are looking for an organized Knowledge Writer to set project goals, clear documentation and ensure that different content is completed according to schedule.

What you'll do…

  • Build and maintain exceptional content in our Knowledge Base by writing new and updating existing HelpCenter articles
  • Craft content that solves problems for internal and external users of knowledge across the organization
  • Leverage existing content to reduce duplication and drive content efficiency
  • Audit and update existing content for accuracy, consistency, and style
  • Communicate with partners to receive and verify knowledge updates
  • Liaising with Product to update Platform
  • Communicating with clients and talents to share new knowledge updates
  • Gather information from subject-matter experts and organize procedure manuals and process documentation

What we're looking for…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in communication/Management/English Language
  • One or more years of experience as an influential Writer (Technical Writer)
  • Fluent English skills, native-English writing
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
  • Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate unwavering reliability, excel in independent work, thrive in remote settings, and adeptly manage multiple tools to ensure consistent output and quality
