  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

What you need to know about this position:

This role will be remote and based in either the Vancouver , Calgary or Saskatchewan areas.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Relationship Building & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility, with clear and confident communication abilities (written and verbal).
  •   Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy (forecasting, ROI analysis, RGM), and ability to analyze data (scan, shipment, syndicated (i.e. Nielsen).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs.
  •    Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking: Comfort with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce TPM) and ability to translate data into compelling stories.
  • Strategic Account Management: Proven success in managing national accounts, developing, and executing annual business plans.
  • Agility / Problem solving: navigating head winds with the customer and working in collaboration to achieve common goals. 

Education / Certifications:

o    Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus) .

Job specific requirements:

o    4-6 years of progressive CPG experience (strongly preferred).

Salary and Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this position is $102,600 to $128,250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 14% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
