Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior ServiceNow UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support approved research strategies to understand the needs of the DLA Enterprise through various data collection techniques, including focus groups. This role will involve representing the needs of the DLA Enterprise, functional customers, and other government stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle, from discovery to design validation and customer adoption.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support research strategies to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and define user roles and experiences.
  • Collaborate with architects and application developers to develop design prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain UI/UX standards for the DLA Enterprise.
  • Participate in the design lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder needs are met at each stage.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in designing user experiences and interfaces
  • 6+ months of experience designing UI/UX for ServiceNow
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD)

Required:

  • ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
