Junior Recruiter - 6 Month Contract (Remote)


Must live in the state of Florida

As a Junior Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening qualified candidates. You will work closely with our team of recruiters and account managers to hit weekly recruitment metrics. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Extend verbal offers to candidates and ensures onboarding paperwork is complete
  • Follow up with candidates and onboarding team to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Hit weekly recruitment metrics, including number of phone screens, number of interviews, and number of hires.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and procedures


Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in a high-volume recruitment role OR call enter experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
