Junior Recruiter
Job Description:

Thriveworks is currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. The junior recruiter position serves as an entrance into the recruiter role. This position maintains a support level assistance to the Recruiting team while also focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and connecting with licensed behavioral health professionals in order to staff and help grow our thriving outpatient counseling clinics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education / experience
Ability to pass a background check
Experience with GSuite software
1 year recruiting experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Review resumes and verify licenses and qualifications
Identify high priority openings and work to source candidates accordingly by utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and determine best fit
Schedule second interviews
Follow up on offers made
Utilize project management software for tracking of candidates in real time

Requirements:

Professional and articulate communication skills
Effective time management skills
Aptitude to work independently in order to achieve results with high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail
Ability to work full-time (8:00am-5:00pm) with schedule flexibility
Ability to adapt in an ever changing environment.
Experience in prioritizing a large task load
Positive attitude and teachable demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Organizational skills

Benefits:

Salary $40,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
