Job Description :
Designs and develops technical training curriculum for auto physical damage employees and customers. Works with product managers, developers, and customer support teams to identify training needs and build content to suit a variety of customers ranging from the staff of automotive insurance carriers to the technicians working on the body shop floor.
Primary skills include video capture and editing with Camtasia, online course development with tools like Captivate and Storyline, and course management with a learning management system.
Bachelor's in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field. Master's preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
Video capture and editing with Camtasia or similar product
Online course development with tools like Captivate and Storyline
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS as needed for in-product training systems like WalkMe
Course management with a learning management system
