The  Opportunity

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Cover NFL, MLB, NBA , NHL Golf, College Sports and NASCAR graphic design requirements.
  
• Generate real-time high-quality post designs.
  
• Attend meetings with the USA sports team to discuss strategy and content decisions.
  
• Come up with ideas on how to improve our content (graphics)
  
• Keep track of the work you’ve done through real-time queues
  
• Have meetings with your manager when needed to discuss topics related to designs and content.
  
• Connect on calls with the SMM’s to help them create any and all templates needed.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro (ADOBE SUITE)
  
• Good eye for aesthetics and details.
  
• Experience in working with a quick turnaround time and hard deadlines
  
• Excellent attention to detail is necessary.
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Be able to take written and verbal directions and convert them into designs.
  
• We frequently use Canva so having used this platform before is helpful, but not required.
  
• Experience in the design area. (1-2 years)
  
• Love and passion for sports and creative media.
  
• Broad Sports knowledge
  
• Passion for sports and desire to work in a sports media company.
  
• Must submit portfolio  (Behance)
  
• Basic knowledge of Sports and social media.
  
• Must have an advanced level of English (Written and Spoken)
  
• Flexibility with work schedule
  
• Availability from 1PM CT to 10 PM CT (Mexico)
  
• 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 10:30 PM 3:30 AM (Split Shift India)
  
• 9 hours shift 6 days a week.
