Job Description

bull Primary contact for all technicaldesign discussionsissues with the customer and the other key project leads. Responsible for understanding technicalfunctional projectcustomer commitments (either contractual or negotiated during the project), documentation of these commitments, and communication of these expectations to the DM throughout the project lifecycle. Provide support for technical activities within the pre-requirements and requirements phases including kickoff planning, project plan development, and requirements gatheringvalidation. Responsible for driving high level architecture discussions, technical requirements sessions, and finalizing technical requirements for the project. Engage DM to request resources and to kickoffcreation of technical artifacts and any application development required for the project. Responsible for working with customer to understand and gather all technical information needed to complete the customer facing technical designs. The Tech Lead will work directly with the assigned Technical Designer to insure that the information is properly documented and that the proposed solution is viable. Lead discussions, oversee creation and perform reviews of customer facing technical artifacts (i.e. technical designs, etc.) to ensure artifact meets the customerrsquos expectations and as a quality check before final delivery to the customer. Participate, provide input, and understand non-technical artifacts (i.e. UI Design, Tagging Guide, Test Plan) to ensure they meet standards required for application development and are consistent with the technical requirements for the project.
