Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account functionality, and device compatibility.
- Assist customers with account setup and familiarization with platform features.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams for escalation of complex issues as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends and product updates to provide effective support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or entertainment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of streaming technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Experience with CRM tools and general office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
