Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via instant messaging on various social media platforms in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist users in troubleshooting issues related to their social media accounts and offer clear solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Engage proactively with users to build a positive and interactive online community.
- Document all interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to refine support processes and enhance overall service quality.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in social media to provide effective and up-to-date assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in social media support, is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and instant messaging tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
