In this role, you will be the primary support for Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to search engines and providing expert guidance on optimizing their online presence. Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their search engine questions and issues.
- Manage customer account inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer optimization strategies.
- Ensure all customer interactions and resolutions are accurately documented in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to address more complex customer challenges.
- Stay informed about search engine updates and features to provide timely and relevant assistance.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions and fostering positive relationships.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Italian and English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role, ideally within digital services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and strong computer literacy.
- A genuine interest in search engine technology and online marketing practices.
