In this crucial position, you will provide vital support to Italian-speaking customers experiencing vehicle emergencies from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities

• Answer emergency calls from Italian-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance.
• Evaluate customer situations quickly and provide relevant guidance or solutions.
• Coordinate with towing services and support teams to facilitate timely assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and incidents for follow-up and quality control.
• Exhibit a calm and professional demeanor while assisting customers in distress.
• Stay updated on company services and best practices for emergency assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technological tools.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
