In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers as they navigate their travel bookings and inquiries. Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding online travel services through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, changes to itineraries, and any travel-related questions.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Stay informed about travel products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or online services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
