Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients for one of the leading IT companies.
  • Assist with inquiries, technical support requests, and troubleshooting issues related to IT products and services.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and conduct timely resolutions of client issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and ongoing satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the IT industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with IT products and services.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote working environment.
