Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and inquiries.
- Assist customers with online bookings, changes, and cancellations, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Stay informed about travel products, destinations, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the travel industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
