Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of Italian Speaking Customer Service professional for one of the Big Five IT companies. Join our team and represent one of the leading companies in the IT industry, providing outstanding service to Italian-speaking customers.

As an Italian Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving any issues they may encounter with IT products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in customer service.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers
  • Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting
  • Provide product information, solutions, and recommendations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and technologies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service


  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge or experience in IT products and services is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
