This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece while providing exceptional customer support to travelers who speak Italian.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, changes, and general travel-related questions.
- Handle flight cancellations, delays, and customer feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and promotions to inform customers accordingly.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Work proactively to enhance the customer experience and provide personalized support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
