Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting remote opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for High-End Coffee Machines. You will provide exceptional customer support from the comfort of your home in Greece. In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance on premium coffee machines, ensuring they have a delightful coffee experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding high-end coffee machines.
  • Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through installation and usage.
  • Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system for smooth tracking and resolution.
  • Work closely with technical support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on product features, maintenance, and recommendations to enhance the customer's coffee experience.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally with high-end or luxury products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
  • Technical knowledge or experience with coffee machines or similar appliances is an advantage.
  • Proficient with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
