Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding high-end coffee machines.
- Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through installation and usage.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system for smooth tracking and resolution.
- Work closely with technical support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on product features, maintenance, and recommendations to enhance the customer's coffee experience.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally with high-end or luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
- Technical knowledge or experience with coffee machines or similar appliances is an advantage.
- Proficient with CRM software and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
