Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Italian.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest tobacco products and regulations to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing your time.
  • Awareness of or interest in the tobacco industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software.
