Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to electronic products.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product information, orders, and returns.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance user experience.
- Stay informed about the company’s product offerings, features, and updates to provide accurate support.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to improve service delivery and overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Interest in electronics and technology is a plus.
