Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to financial products and services.
- Assist customers with account information, transaction inquiries, and general banking-related questions.
- Provide support during the onboarding process and help customers understand their financial options.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest financial products and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for compliance and service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector or banking industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
