What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Chat, email, or talk to customers and help them with their questions
  • Solve any issues or problems they might have
  • Keep customers happy with your friendly and helpful support
  • Update customer details in our system
  • Work together with other teams to crack more complex problems

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Native level Italian language
  • B2 English level or higher
  • EU passport or valid EU work permit
  • No customer service experience? No worries! We’ll teach you everything
  • A positive attitude and love for helping others
