Italian Speaking Customer Experience Associate - Remote in Greece

In this role, you will be essential in delivering stellar customer service to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services and products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements and share best practices.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to help drive service improvements.
• Engage in continuous training sessions to advance your customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficient in CRM systems and general office software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate and share insights for improvement.
