Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and customers to provide information and answer queries about tobacco products.
  • Assist in promoting product offerings and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the remote team to meet sales targets and enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed of industry updates and regulatory changes affecting tobacco products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the tobacco industry and related regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with technology and CRM systems for managing customer interactions.
