Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking clients with their accommodation inquiries and provide timely, informative responses.
- Manage bookings and coordinate services efficiently to meet client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Accurately document all interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on local accommodation options and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or accommodation sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to manage inquiries smoothly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
