Job Description

TYPE: Full-time
LOCATION: 100% Remote, Portland, or Hybrid (your choice)
BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K
TIME OFF: 80 hours PTO, 88 hours personal time, and paid holidays

As an IT Technical Recruiter / Technology Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting for technology positions across a variety of disciplines with companies ranging from small startups to enterprise Fortune 100 customers. You'll have the opportunity to source, interview and assist consultants looking for rewarding jobs in areas of software architecture, engineering and development, QA, DevOps, Business/Systems analysts, and more. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients during job order intake client meetings, assisting our operations team with onboarding of newly hired consultants, consultant check ins, redeployment, and occasional off boarding at the conclusion of the assignment. In all, you will have exposure to the entire recruiting process for filling and supporting technology related jobs.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of proven success in IT staffing.
  • Experienced placing candidates in different technology roles / skill sets.
  • Experience and track record of success working with Account Managers (participating in Job Order intake calls, attending in-person/video client meetings, submitting candidates, scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback)
  • Ability to source and attract both active and passive candidates.
