*Job Summary: *

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of our client infrastructure including but not limited to Avaya Phone System, Vonage Contact Center, Meraki Networks, and Microsoft 365 environments including configuration, installation, updates, and system design. Additionally, responsible for LAN/WAN architecture for large and small offices. Will partner with growth teams and project management to support the building out and deployment of new office locations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution on escalated issues while monitoring and maintaining application environment stability.
* Act as an escalation point, for Service Operations where there is a need to escalate to L3 and for problems pertaining to IT technology and with a view to re-engineering.
* Lead projects, in conjunction with business owners to release and/or transition new IT services into production.
* Undertake the role of Technical Lead on internal projects applying both significant communications, organizational and technical skills to achieve successful outcomes
* Manage and support key services such as Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows 10.
* Support SAAS applications and infrastructure for critical systems.
* Design, implement, and manage VoIP Telephony using Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Vonage, 8x8, Avaya)
* Integrate key systems with patient relationship management tools such as Salesforce Health Cloud.
* Select and manage relationships with internet service provider, ensuring minimal SLA needs, and redundancy.
* Support the management and integration of physical access control systems (Brivo, Aphone, etc).

*Required Qualifications: *
* Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience in VOIP / Contact Center Solutions, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Intune MDM, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* 3 years of systems/network engineering experience using Cisco Meraki
* 3 years of experience providing L3 production help desk support.
* 1 year experience with scripting in PowerShell
* Familiarity with MDM Solutions (Microsoft M365 Intune MDM, Cisco Meraki Systems Manager, NinjaRMM)

*Preferred Qualifications*
* MSP Experience
* Network+ and Security+ Certified
* Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert
* Mac OSX Experience

*Physical Requirements: *

• Ability to use hands and fingers, talk or hear

• Ability to sit, stand, walk and reach continually. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Close vision required to see computer monitor, read documents, and operate copy and fax machine

• Work environment is indoors and climate controlled. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,412.00 - $110,420.00 per year
