Job Description:
Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing team. The IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware; repair install and maintain computer hardware and support software applications in a remote desktop environment in addition to performing other duties as they're assigned.If you are tenacious, enjoy team collaboration, and have a positive attitude. Then this could be the right fit for you!***Remote Opportunity for Oregon, Washington, and Idaho Residents ONLY***Specific Areas of Responsibility:Repair, installation and maintenance of computer hardware. Supporting Software applications in a remote desktop environment. Support end users via telephone or in person Software installation, upgrades, migration, maintenanceAbility to quickly learn new softwareListen closely to end user problems to aid in trouble shooting Willingness to expand skillset and experienceOn-call rotation every few monthsPerform other duties as assignedGeneral Areas of Responsibility:Service Desk technical supportUser account maintenance and supportEnd user, PC, and Peripheral supportPC setup and hard disk cloning and imagingProvide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal applicant will meet at least 70% of the criteria listed below:CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft or equivalent certification in relevant programs desiredExtensive experience with different operating systems including Windows, Linux and Mac OSUnderstanding of virtualization technologies; Hyper-V, Citrix or VMWare desiredA solid understanding of LAN/WAN networkingActive Directory/LDAP user and group administrationActive Directory Group Policy design and configurationAbility to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issuesMust be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying lengthPositive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independentlyExperience with Service Desk softwareUnderstanding of Remote Desktop clients; Dameware, RDP, VNC, TeamViewer, etc.Formal Education in computer technology or 2+ years of computer and software support in a business environment.

General Physical Requirements:
Physical Demands:Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs. Occasional lifting of 30-60 lbs.Occasional-to-regular kneeling, bending, stooping to perform installations.
