IT Remote Desktop Support 6-Month Contract Must be in the Central or Eastern time zone. This is your opportunity to work for a global therapeutics company whose mission is to change and improve how patient care is delivered. In this six-month remote assignment, you'll be backfilling the operational duties for a technology leader who will be assigned to another project. As his right-hand person, you'll support and maintain the current initiatives. This will be a remote role with standard working hours for Central or Eastern time zones. Requirements Good communication skills, verbal and written Work in a global environment - you'll be working with internal customers who will be remote and most likely outside the US Submit monitor escalate various requests in ServiceNow (No training required, documented steps will be provided.) Manage users in the company environment by following a predefined list of activities around the assigned product Add new users on a daily basis Put in requests to migrate accounts Basic troubleshooting Reply back to users as needed FilesAnywhere to Accellion migration - this project is underway Continue migrating users by the end of the year Communicate to understand challenges users have Provide Manager with status Some hands and feet support may be required at the site in preparation for site migration Other project activities as needed W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
