A leading eCommerce/tech company is looking for 5+ technical recruiters to join their team!
Recruiters - will do candidate engagement and screening/sourcing. Hiring Manager engagement, working with lead generation team. Will do the online assignment prep call with candidates all the way up to their interview. Will work with RC to schedule the video interview loop. (client lead recruiter will close/do sell calls).
People who are disciplined. Someone who enjoys the volume.
Can be non-tech if they have a full cycle - not just sourcing experience.
Needs to be good with prepping and having long prep call with candidates.
Do they want to get into tech - are they hungry for that area & want to research and learn more in the industry. In your off time are you going to study and learn the industry if you don't have the tech background
Pretty flexible on hours - have Mon, Wed, Fri meeting you can't miss & need to participate/be engaging. Camera on and want to be a part of the team. otherwise,
flexible with hours.
People who like metrics, ready to grind and hit numbers.
1-2+ years experience in technical recruiting and sourcing or 2+ years in full-cycle non-technical recruiting
Sourcing experience needed: know how to write Boolean, ATS sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter. (Gethub, RedIt is a bonus).
Cold calling and not afraid to get on the phone with someone.
It's a larger team. you're not micromanaged. Need to be self-sufficient.
