Due to our impressive growth, we're looking to add Sales Oriented IT Recruiters to join our Recruiting Team and help expand our sales agent teams. Main Activities - Proactively manage a large pipeline database of applicants to effectively identify sales talent. - Assist the Talent team by recruiting qualified sales agents and any other positions within the organization as needed. - Provide effective support to stakeholders within our Sales and Operations teams by building strong candidate pipelines to support our companyrsquos growth. - Provide Full Life Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentation, closing of candidates and start the hiring process. - Assist in the organization of candidate interviews with clients, preparation of candidates and follow-up after their interviews. - Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs. What are we looking for - Bachelor's degree or at least 2+ years of work experience as a recruiter. - 1 year of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting for highly competitive enterprise sales candidates is desired. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persistent and persuasive. - Great capacity for self-management. - Must be energetic, motivated, and committed to the success of the team.
