Job Description

Sourcing Recruiter | IT & Financial Services. (6+ Month Contract, 100% Remote)

SUMMARY:

Sourcing Recruiter needed to recruit for an organization that specializes in Investment technologies & Financial Services. The role involves recruiting for both tech & non-technical positions. You'll interface directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Sr. Technical Recruiter & play a pivotal role on the Hiring Team attracting/hiring for multiple disciplines. The Sourcing Recruiter will collaborate with HR & Recruiting teams to build powerful Financial Systems.

The position starts as a 6-Month Contract with the potential to extend.

REQUIREMENTS:


1. Minimum of 2+ Yrs. of Technical Recruitment experience specifically hiring for Software Engineers & other Technical Roles. Financial Industry/Banking/Investment/Capital Markets is a huge plus!
2. Experience handling multiple requirements at once in a Corporate Recruiting environment and efficiently managing time and setting expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Talent Research & Sourcing: ATS, HRIS, CRM, job sites, out-of-the-box sourcing methods, networking events, virtual hiring events, etc.
4. Proven Hiring Metrics and the ability to understand hiring strategies in partnership with Recruitment teams & other relevant stakeholders across the org

5. Demonstrates outstanding ability to build rapport and sell candidates on the benefits of working at the organization in a highly competitive market with other conflicting offers, variables, etc.

(Rate is 30-50/hr w2); Depending on the level of experience.
