What you will do: The IT Oracle Fusion P2F Workstream leader is an IT functional leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Plan to Fulfill (P2F) workstream within Oracle Fusion ERP, Commercial and Service transformation for JCI (BSNA) Building Solutions North America. This functional and technical leader will partner with business SME's, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, Edge Owners, Testing and Data factories to deploy business processes and solutions enabling JCI Enterprise Fusion Foundation template. The Plan to Fulfill (P2F) value stream includes Warehouse, Inventory Costing, Fulfillment Operations management, Inventory Execution, Manage Inbound Material flow, Operate Outbound Transportation, Intercompany Transfer, Customer Service, Item Pricing and Logistics Management. This workstream includes deploying Inventory hierarchy and organization including item master categories and its hierarchy, Item configuration: standard cost, sell price, tracking (e.g. enable asset tracking, defect tracking, enable IOT, etc ) and profitability by item This role is also going to be responsible for covering Oracle Service logistics functions such as order and receive parts, manage trunk stock and assign stocking locations to technicians. How will you do it: This leader will have the opportunity to demonstrate process and solution knowledge in his/her area of expertise promoting JCI Fusion Foundation template and partnering with Solution Architects to solve for gaps, sponsoring enterprise and business requirements for HVAC, Fire and Security domains as part of BSNA Transformation. As part of the day to day you will partner with your business counterpart and align business requirements with JCI Fusion Foundation template. You will ensure Edge systems requirements, solutioning and designs are aligned, designed, and deployed on time and on budget. You will leverage and partner with data factory teams for data conversion and legacy teams to extract, transform and load data. You will partner with Testing factory teams enrich and execute test cases and testing automation for your area of expertise. This leader will succeed by demonstrating hands on knowledge of business processes and solutioning. He/She will leverage years of experience with major ERP transformation to drive BSNA multiyear transformation journey. The ability to build and retain relationships and partnerships across business and IT is key for the success in this role. As a functional leader you will own resolution of cross functional requirements and solutions with your peers and business stakeholders. You will lead the requirement and demo workshops to validate solution template and document new requirements and gaps. What we look for: Bachelors or master's in business management, Computer Science, Information Systems or business specific field 10+ years of ERP Implementation experience / Minimum 4 to 5 ERP implementations in Oracle technology Align strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives Provide insights and thought leadership on industry/functional trends and best practices to guide business priorities, customer and employee experience advancements, and technology decisions Formulate synthesized business capability and technology advancement strategies and long-term roadmaps Support business risk management, regulatory compliance (ex: Sarbanes-Oxley), Information Security, and audit remediation activities Utilize high-level business process and IT system architectures (current, interim, and target states) to guide business process, capability, and technology advancement strategies and roadmaps Strong functional and technical knowledge Ability to bring lessons learned and best implementation practices from ERP implementations. Experience working on global projects where alignment with different stakeholders and centers of excellence is required to achieve outcomes. Experience working on multinationals and multi-year Transformation programs is a must have requirement. Ability to coordinate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects and CoE teams for the successful delivery of project Work with Project Managers to define project plan (e.g., project delivery tasks, milestones).
