Launched in 2015 by founding team members of, Knock has raised more than $600 million in debt and equity from top tier investors, including RRE Ventures, Foundry Group, Redpoint, Greycroft, Corazon Capital, Correlation Ventures, Great Oaks Venture Capital and FJ Labs.We are seeking a junior to mid-level IT Engineer to work on system administration and support our internal helpdesk. You will help strengthen the offerings and operations of the IT Engineering team through direct support of users and systems, the development and refinement of processes and systems, and configuration of automations and integrations where necessary.At Knock, we have fun, we move fast, we celebrate & support our fellow teammates, and we live by our POPSICLE values.As an IT Engineer you will:Administer core tools and systems, such as Google Workspaces, Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), Slack, and OktaManage devices via MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, Mosyle, and similar products) with emphasis on zero-touch deploymentsProvide technical support to employees (typically OS and application issues)Develop and refine both existing and new IT processes and workflowsAssist in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding) and equipment provisioning (purchasing, deployment, hardware standards)Help develop automations and tooling for the role and/or other business needs within the company (custom scripting and/or services)Continually learn, grow, and expand your knowledge, while also supporting others learning experiences; act as a mentor and be a resource for others inside and outside of your team Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise & always be willing to support your team where they need youWe'd love you to bring:Experience handling technical support, administration, and automationExperience in scripting and programming, especially in leveraging APIsDiscretion when working with sensitive and confidential informationClear communication skills and the ability to write accurate, usable documentationA keen eye for security concerns and best practicesBelieve in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that will further Knock's commitment to making an impact, learning, putting people first, being open, and courageousHave proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national teamWe encourage you to apply even if you don't have every listed requirement Benefits, Perks, & Enjoying Life:Knock is a 100% remote, work from home culture and has been since our inception in % employee covered medical, dental, & vision premiums Unlimited PTO (2 weeks mandatory) + flexible work schedules Paid maternity & paternity leave $1,000 each year for education, training, and professional development Salary + Equity.
