Job Description

The Desktop Technician is responsible for providing second point of contact for internal users of the company's IS applications, hardware, networks and/or software. Must be customer-focused and provide quality service.

This position requires an individual with interpersonal skills, problem-solving expertise and the ability to learn our software and hardware systems. The position requires a collaborative individual who is comfortable working on the frontlines of supporting technology in a fast-changing corporate environment.

  • Provides technical support for the resolution of technical problems related to Windows 10, Office 365, enterprise applications, databases, printers, desktop hardware, and security issues.
  • Troubleshoots problems using desktop remote control products where possible and documents all services provided.
  • Ensure that all internal and external service levels are met in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
  • Use deductive problem-solving skills to investigate and solve a broad range of technical problems.
  • Leverage technical skills to analyze Hardware and software behavior.

The office environment will be a hybrid role. As the selected individual will be rotating into the office when necessary to provide hands on support to machines. When remote you will be remoting in to systems as necessary.

Our Help Desk ranges from a level 1-3 issues. Since we are a technology company most of the trouble shooting is very technical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
