      • Manage and administer Jira and Confluence instances, including tasks such as user management, project setup, and configuration.
      • Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permission schemes to align with and support business processes.
      • Create and configure Jira dashboards, boards, and filters for better project status visibility and progress reporting.
      • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Jira users, resolving issues and escalating them when needed.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features and functionalities in Jira.
      • Monitor and optimize the performance and security of the Jira environment.
      • Stay informed about the latest Jira and Confluence developments and features, and provide recommendations to improve processes and enhance tools.
      • Create and maintain documentation related to Jira administration and user guides.
      • Provide Jira users with training and support on best practices and usage guidelines.

Requirements

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience as a Jira administrator.
    • Proficient in working with Jira Core, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management.
    • In-depth knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, schemes, and configuration.
    • Experience in the management and configuration of Confluence is considered advantageous.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy) for customization and automation.
    • Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum and Kanban boards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and end-users.
