Job Description Labcorp is seeking an experienced Integration Support Analyst with a proven track record in implementing and supporting integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transportation applications, specifically Descartes or Roadnet. Duties & Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve data related issues between systems including data mapping, data quality, and system connectivity Actively monitor integration flows to identify potential issues, performance bottlenecks, and alert relevant teams Provide technical assistance to users regarding integration functionalities, data flow, data mapping, and system interactions Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand integration needs, gather requirements, and document technical specifications Assist in the implementation of new and existing integrations including configuration, testing, and deployment. Deploy changes in compliance with IT release management process Support business users and integration teams with data validation and quality checks Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and technical specifications Act as 1st responder for severity 1 issues by gathering support teams, resolving critical incidents, performing root cause analysis, and providing ongoing communication Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field 5+ years of IT experience in an integration support role Experience supporting integrations with multiple systems including Okta, Salesforce, and HANA Knowledge and experience supporting data formats and web services including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, CSV Ability to analyze data flows, identify root causes of integration issues, and propose solutions Ability to manage small integration projects, track progress, and meet deadlines Strong technical background. Extensive problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiar with Descartes Route Planner and Transportation Management is a plus Application Window closes 3/28/2025 Pay Range: $57,658 - 149,700 annual salary All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
