In this role, youâll both receive inbound phone calls and manage outbound follow up calls with prospects. This will include answering questions regarding products; gathering information to prepare quotes; and verifying the accuracy of supporting employment, financial, and other related documentation. Candidates with a track record of achieving sales results are ideal for this opportunity.
