Instructional Designer, Editor skills - 100% Telecommute - Contract to

Our LMS product client working on cloud based platform servicing its clients in GRC domain is looking for an Instructional Designer with new content creation skills for a Contract to Hire/Permanent 100% Telecommute role.

The Candidate will partner with clients to produce timely, high quality e-learning training in governance, risk, compliance, and other areas for our client.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partnering with client subject matter experts from beginning to project completion to create high-quality custom courses
- Determining course content with SME input
- Advising on learner experience
- Structuring content to increase retention, engagement, and experience
- Creating activities to meet course objectives and yield meaningful analytics
- Ensuring course leverages good content and sound instructional design

Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English or other relevant field
- Two to five years of experience in instructional design
- Prior experience with learning solutions and/or e-learning courseware
- Should have new content creation, editing skills
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and understand laws, regulations, and guidelines and translate them for educational purposes
- Ability to write in a clear, succinct style and develop interactive and engaging content that promotes learning
- Ability to work well as a member of a team

Location - Remote role for NYC client (Remote / Telecommute / Work from Home)
Duration 12 month Contract to Hire
