A global specialist Cyber Security consultancy are looking to expand their UK presence.

This company is looking for a Cyber Security Sales Team Manager to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales goals. They would like you to manage your team to sell their Managed Security Services to some of the biggest names globally. This is a management role, where you will be expected to lead from the front by opening new logos, closing business, jumping on calls when needed etc.

The role:

Lead the Sales team to meet monthly goals, sales KPIs and forecasted opportunities & revenue/margin targets
Assess sales pipelines, activity & forecasts to determine sales progress & areas for refinement/improvement
Manage and grow a high performing team by recruiting and developing inside sales executives through coaching, whilst retaining & growing top performers
Requirements:

Must have experience in managing a sales team within cyber/tech
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a background in working within a data-driven environment
Must be a self-starter, highly driven 'hunter'
Experience in performance management of an Inside Sales team
This position offers a high growth role which will lead to the growth and development of this team. For the right person, they will offer an equity and profit share target within 6-12 months of joining the organisation.
