No Contractors, agencies, B2BThis position is not eligible for relocation reimbursements expenses.Job summary:The Inside Sales Program Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of the customer contract and relationship as a strategic partner to meet contractual obligations and provide best in class service. Driving contractual performance measures and operational profitability. Overall function/account governance and adherence.This position is located in Boca Raton, FL (remote until working onsite is deemed safe).The Inside Sales Program Manager will report directly to the Director, Delivery Pharma and Life Sciences.Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:Provides leadership to managers and senior professional staffAdapts and executes functional or departmental business plans and contribute to the development of strategyRequires understanding of the inside sales businessDeep understanding around pharmaceutical salesIdentifies and resolves complex technical, operational, and organizational problemsDrives the overall unit performance to meet goals, adheres to business unit metrics and accomplish account performanceDrives the management of the employee teamsManages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfactionGenerates reports on performance measurement and KPIsOversees and manages client projectsEnhance the content and quality of client programs by advising client on appropriate strategy, tactics, messaging, and sales cycles Lead and participate in business development initiatives Able to see the bigger picture and sell their visionHighly analytical and organizedRequirements:Bachelor's degree is highly desired. Ten (10) years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.Healthcare, pharmaceutical or contact center management experience preferredMust possess a minimum of five (5+) years of sales management experience (pharmaceutical sales preferred)Knowledge of arthritis and multiple sclerosis medicine desiredTechnically savvy and familiar with CRM platformsExpertise in program and project management Sound judgment with ability to manage risk effectivelySuperior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)Must be client-satisfaction orientedMust be patient centric orientedAbility to effectively lead and motivate a team of sales agentsCreative problem solver Must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the United StatesMust consent to, and successful clear all required pre-employment screenings.Current Conduent employees must be in their current position for at least one (1) year.
