LifePoint Health- Health Support Center

Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for an Information Protection Data Analyst - Remote. The Information Protection Data Analyst is responsible for automating, scripting, and reporting Information Security Reporting metrics and KPIs to the Information Technology and Services organization. Reporting will consist of data extracted from various systems and applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Create and manage automated reports, dashboards, and paginated reports within PowerBI.
  • Write and troubleshoot PowerShell queries and scripts.
  • Design, write, test, and execute ad hoc Python scripts
  • Create automation workflows utilizing Microsoft Automate and Flows
  • Write and execute ad hoc Postgres SQL queries to extract data from Information Security tools and applications
  • Manage report development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, and support.
  • Integrate and validate data from various interfaces for consistency and accuracy.
  • Design and develop complex custom reports and dashboards using in-house reporting platform with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to write and execute ad hoc SQL queries.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze data issues within reports, queries, and APIs.
  • Assist in administering report access, specifically Role Level Security (RLS), and automated distribution.
  • Assist in evaluating Vendor Risk Assessments and reporting.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
