Our client is a well funded neobank with a virtual team across the US. They are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will identify, prospect, and closing new Influencer partnerships. This position will be tasked with securing brand and performance marketing-based Influencer deals across a variety of social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. This is a performance-oriented role and success will be determined by the attainment of quarterly goals around new signups for the customer along with key engagement metrics. As an influencer,
You will:
Identify and pursue new Influencers who are good fits to be ambassadors for the bank's mission and brand
Craft, negotiate, and execute performance-based campaigns that deliver both new customer acquisition and meaningful engagement
Partner closely with paid media and organic social teams to amplify and carry successful Influencer spots into core bank brand marketing
Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline management process for opportunity tracking (Salesforce)
Establish and manage relationships with outside networks and Influencer agencies for ongoing and campaign based support
You bring:
3+ years of proven success in building and managing highly effective performance marketing-based Influencer campaigns for consumer brands (fintech a plus)
Strong leadership skills that inspire commitment to achieve aggressive targets, transparently deliver results, and mobilize both internal and external resources with urgency around changing priorities
A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
History of execution (quota attainment) in high growth startups or agencies
