About Roamless
The origin story of Roamless is one that will be familiar to many: we saw something broken and we decided to fix it for good.
We all travel. We all need to stay connected. And we all hate roaming charges. Existing alternatives were clunky, expensive, and unreliable, so we built something better. We made it easy, reliable and affordable for travellers to get connected and stay connected as they roam the world.
Our truly global mobile connectivity service is up to 90% cheaper than traditional roaming. With one eSIM, you get instant, reliable data anywhere in the world. No SIM swaps, no hunting for Wi-Fi, no choosing countries or data packs. Your balance never expires, so you can use it across trips with zero hidden fees or expiration dates.
In just 3 years, we've grown 4-5x Year on Year and have been trusted by +1M users who overall rate us 4.6 on Trustpilot.
🚀 We also recently closed a $12M Series A led by Rasmal Ventures, with participation from Shorooq, Revo Capital, Finberg, and JIMCO, to fuel our mission of becoming the world’s first truly global mobile operator.
Hiring globally and fully remote, we’re a team of 60, and we’re planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~12 months.
About the Role
Roamless is growing fast, and so is the way we work with creators. As our influencer marketing scales, we need someone to help keep the engine running behind the scenes — finding great travel and lifestyle creators, reaching out, and keeping everything organized as the program grows. It's hands-on, operational work that sits right at the heart of how we grow the brand. You'll learn how influencer marketing actually works at a fast-moving startup, work directly with people who do this for a living, and see the direct impact of your work on real campaigns. If you live on social platforms and want to turn that into real experience, this is a great place to start.
What you’ll do
- Source and build lists of relevant travel and lifestyle creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (using tools such as Upfluence).
- Handle first-touch outreach to creators — emailing, requesting pricing, and basic negotiation.
- Track and manage inbound creator requests via the shared creator inbox; flag notable creators to the team.
- Maintain and update the creator database: contacts, rates, content history, and campaign status.
- Support content collection, approvals, and delivery.
- Assist with basic performance reporting — promo code tracking, reach, and engagement.
What we're looking for
- About to finish a degree, just graduated or at the beginning of your career in marketing (there is no hard requirement for a degree).
- A sharp mind with analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Active on Instagram and TikTok with a good understanding of the creator landscape.
- Strong written English for clear, professional outreach, and spoken English for communication with colleagues.
- Organised and reliable with operational, detail-oriented work.
- Comfortable communicating with external creators.
- You have a sharp mind and a super fast learning curve. You like to learn by doing and aren’t scared to go out of your comfort zone.
- You are hungry for impact and want to get things done.
To get more context on who we are and how we work, read
"Who is a Roamie? Our Core Traits Manifesto". It explains the core traits we look for in everyone we hire, interns included. We don't expect you to be perfect and embody everything on this list, you're only at the beginning of your career and there's much to learn. We just expect you to embody some or most of these traits, be excited about what you read and feel like this is what you strive to become professionally.
Contract details and pay
This is a paid internship, ~20 hours per week, paid Turkish national minimum wage through a contract. No additional benefits are available.
If you live outside of Turkey you are still welcome to apply, we simply would be unable to offer a contract local through payroll. We can offer USD $870 per month (the minimum wage equivalent) and you invoice us directly. Note that as a contractor you'd be responsible for handling your own taxes in your country of residence.
This internship has the opportunity to turn into a full-time role subject to performance and fit with the team.
