The Role

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Build and manage an influencer marketing program focused on the US market to begin with and expanding internationally moving forward. 
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers (fitness/fashion/culture focus)
  • Source and repurpose UGC (user-generated content) for social channels
  • Manage organic social channels (primarily Instagram and TikTok), including scheduling, content planning, and engagement
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms
  • Track and report performance using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok analytics, and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with Bryan to align content and campaigns with business goals
Three Key Priorities
  1. Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management – Own and grow a program that drives brand reach and credibility
  2. Social Media Execution – Post consistently and creatively using influencer content and brand assets
  3. Create a Reporting Process - Align activity with business KPIs


The Person

  • 3–4 years in influencer marketing and social media management
  • Agency experience or experience in fashion/fitness/eCommerce brands
  • Comfortable managing influencer relationships and negotiations
  • Strong creative sensibility and ability to brief and manage/QA video content
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and content repurposing workflows
  • Experience working in lean or startup teams with high agency
