As an Inbound Triage Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential high-value clients. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and assess incoming leads, ensuring that only the most qualified prospects are passed on to our expert sales team. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and articulate the unique value propositions of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-ticket products/services.
  • Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with our experienced sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.
