We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Client Training team to exceed our customers’ expectations. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working directly with our utility customers either on site or remote to provide training on best practices and our solution functionality. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Learning and executing SpryPoint’s training strategy process, methodology and learning outcomes
  • Learning and executing SpryPoint’s existing training curriculums
  • Learning and executing SpryPoint’s existing training tools and content for each implementation phase of project delivery
  • Learning and executing SpryPoint’s current Organizational Change Management tools and content 
  • Work with our Learning & Development Team to leverage existing content and tools and identify and create additional content and tools required to support Client Solutions needs
  • Ensure the client has gained the knowledge and skills to utilize SpryPoint solutions effectively
  • Execute client training tasks on time to meet forecasted project milestones and within the client training budget
  • Assist in the development and updating of training materials and tools
  • Travel and working at client sites across North America is required. 


Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Minimum (3) years client training experience
  • Enterprise application software and traditional productivity tools proficiency with implementation experience a plus
  • Experience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platforms
  • Proven ability to train users
  • Business process mapping expertise
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in what can be a high-pressure environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and open-minded to change
  • Proven interpersonal skills, the ability to build and strengthen relationships, and the ability to foster cooperation with numerous stakeholders including senior management, clients and business partners
  • Confidence to work independently and interpersonal skills to work as a member of internal and external teams
  • Understanding of implementation methodologies of complex software implementations
  • Understanding of organizational change management and the challenges associated within enterprise-level software implementations
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of utility industries - electric, water, wastewater, gas, telecommunications, sanitation, and others.
  • The successful candidate must be able to travel outside of Canada with no known legal or immigration-related impediment in doing so.
