With a track record of impressive year-over-year sales growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Project Program Management to lead and manage strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the new client onboarding experience. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing key projects that align with our strategic goals. As the Implementation Senior Manager of Project Management, you will lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure that our projects deliver value and achieve desired outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex environments and securing buy-in at multiple organizational levels. This is an individual contributor position and is remote. Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Utilize advanced data analysis and Excel reporting to track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels to achieve project buy-in and support. - Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. - Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. -Reporting and communicating on project status Required Qualifications - 7+ years experience of project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. - 5+ years client facing experience, presenting to multiple levels within the organizations. - 3+ years of healthcare industry experience - Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel for reporting and performance tracking. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Preferred Qualifications Ability to analyze data identifying trends Experience working in Salesforce; PowerBI experience a plus Education Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
